YOU ARE HERE: School Council |
|
This page is completely maintained by children who are members of Nayland School . Our new school councillors were elected at the start of September and have been busy listening to the children's ideas and views. Regular meetings are held each month and every child in the school is able to bring up issues for discussion. Our school councillors have been patrolling the playground each dinnerhour, making sure that everyone is happily playing and looking out for anybody on their own. In November, we raised £120 for Children in Need. We all came to school wearing yellow or spotty clothes. In December we made £98 through the Blue bag collection. Thankyou to all the parents who put old clothes into bags and gave them to school. There will be another blue bag collection in June so keep your old clothes for that. On February 9th, we would like to do a BUN, BISCUIT AND BOOK SALE. Owl class will have a cooking day and make yummy biscuits. We have got some books to sell but still need more so please send into school. On the day, please could everybody bring in 50p to spend at our sale. All the money we make will be added to our savings. We shall decide what to spend it on next term THANKYOU. Caitlin, School Council Secretary |
